Set in the Historic city of Chester, Powells the jewellers is proud to welcome you to its website. The family owned business has two shops and this website is to showcase our magnificent collection of antique and vintage jewellery.
Our antique jewellery collection includes antique jewellery, vintage jewellery, and estate jewellery of timeless, exceptional beauty.
In our jewellery collection, you'll find antique rings, antique engagement rings, antique wedding rings, and other antique jewellery from the 1700's to the present. In addition to antique rings, we carry a fine jewellery selection of bracelets, earrings, crosses, pins, brooches, necklaces, pendants, and lockets.
Set in the ancient city of Chester on its historic rows the shop has been a jewellers since 1887 and is a grade2* building.

The Pendant is in superb condition. The front bares the monogram W.I.E. which is enameled. The reverse has a glass window which contains swirls of hair, and bares the inscription J.E. Obt. 24 Oct 1845.AEtat 27. The pendant tests as Gold, most probably 15 or 18ct.
